A country that does not have much money, and that struggles to afford average things eg. cars, ice cream and so on.

Led by Kim Jong e.g. North Korea is a very un-pleasant country to be in. North Korea is a very dull place with no signs of colour, North Korea is also a "Third World Country." As North Korea is sealed off from the rest of the world not many people get to travel there or are not allowed, although not many people would want to travel to North Korea. Known well for their dangerous nuclear bombs the life expectancy in North Korea is also considerably younger (68.8 years). While New Zealanders have a life expectancy of around 80 years.
